Job Summary
We are looking for a DrivabilityTechnician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and preferably ASE or Ford certification. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done.

Responsibilities
Carry out repairs listed on work orders efficiently and following dealership guidelines
Use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to test-drive vehicles and assess system performance
Inspect troubleshoot and service a range of automotive systems including engine transmission electrical suspension steering brakes andHVAC
Collaborate with the Service Advisor to keep customers updated on additional recommended services and provide accurate timelines for completion
Complete warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
Qualifications
Preferred: 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician
High school diploma or equivalent education required
ASE or Ford certification is a strong plus
Prior experience working at a Ford dealership is highly valued
Proficient at the B level with capabilities in diagnostics electrical systems and engine repair
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability including use of advanced diagnostic tools
Basic computer literacy (typing Microsoft Office etc.)
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Friendly team-focused personality with a willingness to grow
Comfortable in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
Works well in a collaborative team setting
Willingness to adopt new technology and follow current service and repair procedures
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
