The Personal Injury Education Foundation (PIEF) is committed to delivering leading education and training programs events and initiatives for people working in the personal injury and disability management industries in Australia. PIEF was established in 2006 by a consortium of Australian accident compensation regulators insurers and claims management organisations. PIEF is owned by its members and is governed by a Board of Directors. As a not-for-profit member-based organisation and Registered Training Organisation PIEF works towards improving the professionalism and capability of the personal injury and disability management industries.
The purpose of the role is to provide Support services for students and client representatives for PIEFs education programs including Vet and non- accredited programs. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

About you
You are an experienced Administrator with Experience using student management and learning management software such as VETtrak or LearnUpon (or equivalent SMS and LMS platforms). You will have demonstrated experience maintaining compliance with AVETMISS data requirements the National Standards for RTOs and the National VET Data Policy. You will also have experience working in an administrative role in a Registered Training Organisation or similar vocational learning environment. You will bring strong customer service skills and apply a solutions focused lense when responding to issues. You are a team player but also comfortable working autonomously and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Please note that occasional after hours work may be required dependent upon the operational needs of PIEF.
