We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (50% of full-time hours) to cover a maternity leave of 15 months. This is a cross-functional role primarily responsible for managing internal office operations providing executive support and coordinating key projects across the organisation. Our offices are located in central stockholm with this being an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations manage vendor relationships office supplies equipment and service contracts. Maintain internal documentation and organize internal communications. Oversee office-related projects such as conferences and holiday events.
Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
Human Resources Coordination: Support HR-related functions act as a point of contact for employee questions and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Project Management: Plan track and execute internal projects and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Medium experience (3 years) in a similar role
Proficient in Swedish (C1 level).
Proficiency in English for our internal communication
Start Date:
Mid-september to Beginning of October fixed contract 15 months
