Are you ready to be part of the energy transition Join us as a Certificates Logistics Specialist and help manage the operational processes behind green and emission certificates across Europe.
What you will do
- Handle deal bookings checks validations and amendments in collaboration with the Front Office
- Compare and manage daily transactions across internal systems and national green registries
- Perform reconciliation checks with internal teams and external clients
- Onboard and maintain new and existing registry accounts
- Support system adoption and general process implementation and improvement
- Invoice check and processing
What you bring & who you are
- Degree in Business or Economics
- 13 years of relevant energy industry experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Quick to learn and proactive in driving improvements
- Solid MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ENDUR green and emission registries is an advantage
