What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
  • Understanding of APIs and Infrastructure as Code as cloud native interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services (OCI AWS GCP Azure).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana Prometheus or OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS native tools).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous learning and innovation in cloud observability.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to design and fine-tune observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Be a pioneer in building practical impactful observability solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Develop and test monitoring logging and alerting solutions using native OCI Observability & Management tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Work with senior engineers and customers to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • Support innovation workshops by demonstrating the power of modern observability practices in real-world use cases.
  • Assist in the integration of third-party observability tools with OCI environments.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to improve operational transparency.
  • Share learnings and best practices in cloud coaching sessions and internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept projects that showcase the value of observability in customer success.
