Job Description

Customer Relationship Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with subscribers to elevate the overall platform experience
  • Strategically promote exclusive content using tailored upselling techniques to maximise sales
  • Analyse customer engagement and feedback to optimise outreach and communication scripts
  • Transform interactions into sales opportunities by leveraging persuasive and authentic conversation

  • Agile & Open-Minded: Willingness to adapt and adopt best practices in response to changing customer needs

  • Exceptional Communicator: Superior written skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Relevant Experience: At least one year in a customer service sales virtual assistance or business development role
  • Remote Work Capable: Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
  • Flexible Availability: Open to a rotating schedule (day evening or night shifts across a 4-day working week)

  • Starting Pay: $400 USD for an 8-week probation period

  • Payment Routine: Bi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month
