About the Company:

This is a full-time role with David Ghiyam a renowned teacher and speaker who shares Kabbalistic wisdom to inspire personal growth leadership and purpose-driven success. Through live seminars digital content and mentorship his platform helps individuals and organizations unlock potential and create lasting impact.

Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines and South America (Full-time Fully Remote)

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Tackle customer inquiries via email chat and ticketing systems.
  • Resolve account order and troubleshooting issues with empathy.
  • Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Keep CRM and support tools updated with accurate records.
  • Spot recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2 years of customer support experience (email chat ticketing).
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Empathetic and professional you make people feel heard.
  • Proactive detail-oriented and highly reliable.
  • Remote-ready: Slack Zoom Notion CRMs.
  • Familiarity with David Ghiyams content ideally aligned with or fans of his work.
  • Bonus points if youve supported coaches educators or content-driven businesses.
