Job Summary
Business Manager Food&Nutra Department CE Region (Czechia Slovakia Hungary)
Outstanding opportunity for a talented Business Manager in the Life Science sector (Food Feed Nutra) ready to lead an expert team across Central Europe!
Your Mission:
- Drive growth and manage the Life Science market segment mainly Food and Nutrition across Czechia Slovakia and Hungary
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the EMEA Food segment strategy
- Identify develop and convert new business opportunities
- Manage key customer and principal relationships ensuring excellent customer engagement
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve high performance and business targets
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools (Dynamics 365) and other integrated IT systems
- Support sustainability initiatives and implement related KPIs
What We Expect from You:
- Masters degree in the field of Food technology and/or business management
- 510 years of experience in sales within the relevant market segment (Life Science Food)
- Strong IT skills with experience in CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and Microsoft tools
- Proven people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English
