Job Summary
Drive and own overall project plan for the T&A system and processes design (positive and negative) and Payroll consolidation to new Payroll vendor including data transitions and H2R/Benefits. Strong communication skills and manage different stakeholders and multiple task interdependencies.
Lead facilitate and Prepare working sessions which expected goal is to build one project plan for the the scope of H2R Benefits Time and Payroll transition for France
Provide regular update on achievements milestones deliverables
Monitor completion of assigned tasks
Regularly update plan with clearly assigned deliverables responsibility expected timelines and monitoring progress
Ensure proper governance of the project and Ensure proper communication with stakeholders
Collaborate with external vendors and other functional departments on any interdependencies
Ensure alignment with local P&O Country head and Project resources
Requirements
