Pay: $90000.00 - $125000.00 per year
Job description:
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients offices in Fort Lauderdale Jacksonville or Tampa Florida.
Note: The qualified person will have their Florida bar license and 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience with construction defect cases is a huge plus.

Job Description
- Seeking full-time Associate Attorneys for insurance defense litigation.
- Positions available in Fort Lauderdale Jacksonville and Tampa offices.
- Manage a diverse caseload including construction defects general liability and bodily injury claims.
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings conducting discovery and representing clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Experience with construction-related litigation is highly preferred.
- Strong legal writing research and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a full caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
