Job Summary
Our client is a leading proprietary trading firm that specializes in cryptocurrency markets. Theyre seeking an experienced leader to build and head a high-performance quantitative trading team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
- Collaborate with quantitative research and engineering teams to design and implement trading algorithms
- Explore new strategies through market trend analysis and research
- Lead a team in generating alpha and driving trading performance
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Math Finance or Engineering
- Proven experience in trading PnL generation and team management preferably in digital assets
- Track record of successful alpha research and implementation
- Strong passion for algo trading market making and digital assets
- Self-driven ambitious and able to solve complex problems under pressure
- Technical proficiency in languages like Python and/or C is advantageous
