As a Product Manager within Kinexys Digital Payments you will manage the strategy development and delivery of Kinexys products. You will be part of a global team of product designers technologists and innovators tasked with providing clients with new age cash management and payment products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure a differentiated client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Own the development and delivery of Kinexys products.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across Legal Compliance Technology and Operations to propel product initiatives.
- Drive product ideation and build consensus with business partners and senior managers on design and feature priority decisions.
- Define the client service model to ensure a differentiated client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales on the development of a commercial strategy and client facing materials to help dive product commercialization.
- Partner with cross-LOB teams to determine feasibility of building out new services to introduce into the market.
- Develop and size market opportunity pricing strategy and growth projections.
- Monitor competitors competitive products and trends to ensure we maintain a leading position in the market.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Able to demonstrate the relevant level of experience working in payments financial services and/or enterprise fintech.
- A collaborator who thrives in building solutions alongside cross-functional partners strong communication skills and ability to build consensus across functions.
- Strategic thinker Ability to conceptualize the big picture prioritize and connect the dots across business and functional areas to develop high-impact solutions for clients.
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance be an owner.
- Execution-focused and action-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Payments product management experience in the blockchain space.
- Familiarity with client onboarding fee revenue analysis Client investigation module.
- Payments related technical experience
