Do you have a passion for technology problem-solving and helping customers Join our Small Appliances Support Team and become the first point of contact for clients across Europe. Youll deliver first-class after-sales technical support for well-known domestic appliance brands ensuring that customers feel valued supported and confident in their purchases.

What Youll Do
As a Tech Support Specialist you will:
Be the first line of support for customers via phone and email in French (C2) and English (B2).
Diagnose client issues using 60 established processes and escalate more complex cases to specialists.
Proactively improve the customer experience by using resources like YouTube tutorials or alternative troubleshooting methods.
Provide product information process follow-ups on orders handle minor repairs and manage customer complaints.
Operate across three different software platforms to resolve cases efficiently.
Apply your cross-selling skills when appropriate helping customers discover solutions that make their lives easier.
What Were Looking For
Language skills: Native or C2 level French B2 level English.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow structured diagnostics.
Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and processes.
Flexibility to work Monday Saturday (08:00 18:00 Portuguese time) including bank holidays (with Sunday 1 rotational day off).
8-hour workday 5-day workweek 2 days off per week on a rotative basis.
Your monthly shift schedule will be provided at least 1 month in advance for proper planning.
Night shifts are paid in accordance with Portuguese labor law (at least 25% hourly rate for night hours).
Final shift assignment is set by the Team Leader based on operational needs.
Cross-selling experience is a plus!
Salary & Benefits
We reward our team with a competitive package designed to value your work:
Monthly gross salary: 900 EUR (paid 14x/year)
Complexity bonus: up to 75 EUR (paid 11x/year)
Performance bonus: 100 EUR (paid 12x/year)
Meal allowance: 7.23 EUR per working day (net)
Transport allowance: 20EUR /month
Totaling roughly 139781 EUR /month paid 12 times.
