What Youll Do:

Provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone email and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach helping them with anything from product questions to technical issues.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Grow and develop your skills with on-the-job training and support.

What Were Looking For:

Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
Proficient in English.
A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
Previous experience isnt required this is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service!
