Whats the role
We are seeking a highly skilledWorkday Solutions Architectwith expertise inCompensation and Advanced Compensationto lead the design implementation and optimization of compensation solutions within our Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also have strong knowledge of WorkdaySecurityandReporting ensuring a comprehensive approach to our North American HR Digital Solutions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to HR and other stakeholders driving the alignment of Workday capabilities with business needs.

Do you qualify
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in HR Management Information Systems or a related field.
5 years HRIS experience specializing in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules including configuration testing and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Workday Security role-based access and data privacy standards.
Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Dashboards with experience creating advanced analytics and insights.
Familiarity with Workday HCM Benefits and Payroll modules is a plus.
Experience in implementing and/or redesigning job architecture is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Certifications:
Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation is preferred.
Workday Security and/or Reporting certifications are a plus.
The annual pay range for this position is $115000 $145000 for White Plains NY area.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location scope of role qualifications education experience & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is also eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions. ZEISS also offers robust benefits including medical plans retirement savings plan and paid time off.
