Job Summary
Job Description
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
- Executefeasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Preparation oftender documentation schedules andspecifications
- Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture preferably recognised by the Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience preferred in transport and infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of architectural details working drawings and construction practices
- Conversant with local codes & regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
- Ability to lead a team
- Good leadership and communication skill
