Job Summary
Job Summary
The primary role of the Supply Analyst is to firm supply plans for certain items and compile reports related to supply planning. This entry-level role is focused on aiding the Supply Team in analysis of key drivers for creating and managing the true supply/production signals and to align supply chain and company resources. Tasked with preparing reports that provide data insights and influence on on-time delivery/production of product. Hands-on worker who will participate on the creation of a consensus supply plan for hand-off to the production team or issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- 40% Analysis
- Firming Orders for Plants or Suppliers weekly
- Reviewing Supply Plans for expedites/de-expedites
- 30% Reporting
- Running Reports utilizing Excel / Publishing Reports
- Investigating any results that are off Target and consulting with others to wire up the analysis before publishing
- 10% Communicating
- Communicating with Suppliers and Internal Customers on supply plans
- 10% Process Monitoring
- Suggest process improvements based on data collection observations
- 10% Other / As Needed
Education and Experience Profile
- BA/BS Required
- APICS CPIM CFPIM or CSCP Certification preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities and intermediate level above MS Excel skills including pivot charts VLOOKUP and experience with very large data sets
- Must be a team player have eagerness to learn and be a great communicator
Work Environment:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $48245-$75814.
This base salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to to primary work job-related knowledge skills experience business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
