Job Description
Position: Technical Support Analyst II
Location: Idabel OK
Company: Manufacturing
Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technical Support Analyst to support a growing team and keep technology running smoothly across the this role youll handle a mix of day-to-day support system upgrades break/fix and troubleshooting for desktops laptops servers printers switches wireless cameras and more. Youll work closely with both local staff and enterprise IT/OT teams ensuring systems are secure reliable and up to date. This position includes participation in an on-call rotation to support critical operations.
- Associates degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3 years of IT support experience including PCs servers and general infrastructure
- Comfortable working with a wide range of technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Communication skills for working with both technical teams and end users
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on documenting work and following processes
