Job Description

Scope:

You will be responsible for the direct sales and supervision of all direct sales efforts for the Commercial Market in Indonesia (DKI Jakarta and West Java). You will act as an entrepreneur developing the sales strategy and realizing the targets set by the executive management. You will be responsible for fostering the relationship with G&Ds key customers on a senior and executive management level but also on an operational level. You will actively develop the business for target segments and with new customers in the allocated countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the business with our customers covering the complete divisional product and service portfolio
  • Expand and grow the customer base by developing sales programs to attract new clients
  • Develop sales concepts and implement measures to increase overall profitability in the allocated countries and segments
  • Ensure the fulfilment of strategic and operational sales targets for Indonesia.
  • Increase customer engagement by establishing customized projects and joint evolution projects
  • Support the development and negotiation of customer contracts Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests For Information (RFIs)
  • Maintain an excellent customer relationship on senior executive management as well as on operational level
  • Be the point of escalation for all customer issues
  • Establish regular and professional communication within GD sales teams and with interface functions
  • Release price quotes
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting and budgeting for the allocated segments
  • Identify the projects with high sales growth and actively develop the business
  • Communicates promotes and supports the GD vision both internally and externally: Develops and builds long-term customer relationships acts as corporate ambassador

  • Maintains knowledge of all technology products and services the company offers. Keep abreast of new equipment processes or any changes that may impact assigned client group
  • Maintains awareness of competition products and services technology industry trends

Job Requirements:

  • Has at least 5 years of technical and commercial experience in Management Sales & Marketing and preferably in solutions business to the Commercial Market
  • Possess sound commercial knowledge including risk management and business planning and other topics distinct customer understanding and the ability to close complex negotiations.
  • Is experienced in customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Has a sound skill in presentation problem solving is analytical a good communicator and decision maker.
  • Has experience working in international companies is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Indonesia and Germany.
