Job Description

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and develop key client accounts in the assigned territory (Cluj Bistrita Salaj).

- Implement sales strategies and achieve revenue volume and market share targets

- Forecast sales monitor competitors and ensure product availability.

- Collaborate with Logistics Marketing Customer Service and Technical teams.

- Collect orders track deliveries and manage invoicing and payments.

- Represent Henkel professionally and contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelors degree

- Minimum 34 years of sales experience ideally in distribution or technical products.

- Strong PC skills (Word Excel Outlook) and fluent English.

- Driving license (category B).

- Proactive results-driven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
