Job Description
The OPI Specialist will play a pivotal role in analyzing designing and implementing strategies to optimize the operations network of MROH. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency reduce waste and improve overall performance metrics while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Job duties and Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Optimization:
o Conduct time and motion studies workflow analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in airframe maintenance operations.
o Develop and implement streamlined processes to reduce turnaround times and improve productivity.

Performance Metrics:
o Establish line level key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage current data collection systems to monitor operational performance.
o Analyze data to identify trends root causes and opportunities for improvement.

Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement:
o Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance value-added activities.
o Train and mentor teams on Lean principles and tools.

Technology Integration:
o Identify and implement technology solutions such as digital tools and automation to improve maintenance processes and reduce manual efforts.
o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful system integration.

Safety and Compliance:
o Ensure all process improvements align with safety regulations quality standards and FAA requirements.
o Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with maintenance engineering supply chain and quality assurance teams to align goals and drive performance improvements.
o Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
