Job Summary
Articulate the product opportunity in market and provide product insight and leadership from introduction through end-of-life to both the Marketing and Sales product launches with excellence every time Contribute to the annual India Marketing plan outlining opportunity and actions that lead growth and category leadershipBe the liaison between India and worldwide for all local business needs and feature requirements related to these product lines of business. Influence the product feature roadmap making clear recommendations that improve customer experienceBecome a visible and vocal member of the Product Marketing teamBe the guardian of product messaging and positioning across every customer touch point advancing the cause of excellencePossess expert knowledge of competitive and 3rd party products and strategies. Make pricing and forecasting recommendations to management and cross-functional teamsBuild a sphere of influence across multiple internal functions / divisions
- 3 years of experience in product marketing consumer electronics or creative technology roles
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Ability to surprise and delight our customers experiences through innovative thoughtful details.
- Uses knowledge of business drivers how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
- Strong understanding of business drivers and market dynamics.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building partnerships to meet shared goals.
- Bachelors degree (BE/BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Instinctive ability to be the voice of the customer.
- Excellent analytical strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Superior storytelling and presentation capabilities.
- Comfort handling large volumes of information and distilling it into actionable insights.
- High integrity with experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
