Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) offers an excellent opportunity to join our energetic and collaborative environment in support of our organization. Our procurement department manages all procurements in support of all

Raytheon Business Units/ this role you will foster relationships with suppliers administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery product support and payment for products and will engage in supplier performance relationship management and strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts.

What You Will Do:

  • Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals
  • Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations price delivery scope terms & conditions.
  • Place subcontracts/purchase orders and associated change orders
  • Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives prime contract flow downs and company work -award management of POs to be handled in accordance with company directives and work instructions
  • Issue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types Firm Fixed price Time & Materials)
  • Work closely with the Program and other functional groups (Operations Quality Engineering etc.) to achieve objectives
  • Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors
  • Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws Policies Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and ITAR and import/export requirements
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in leading formal negotiations (price schedule and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements as well as standard Terms and Conditions)
  • Experience with supplier management
  • SAP and Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Experience with reading and understanding drawings specifications and other engineering documents including complex SOWs
  • Price Cost Analysis experience
  • Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost/price technical capability and financial viability conduct investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule
  • Knowledge of EXIM procurements and all the rules and regulations involved in those situations
  • Experience with import/export regulations (ITAR/EAR)
  • This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply
  • Experience with Government contracts processes and procedures
  • Experience with proposals and understanding of all phases of sourcing procurement execution to include price negotiation reductions and terms and conditions completion of compliance EPAD Packages
  • Experience with automation tools
  • Previous experience with integrated supply chain including strategic procurement
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance*

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
