Responsibilities

What does a Quick Lane Service Advisor do

  • Oversee flow of customers in the Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Introduce customers to the Vehicle Report Card and confidently review services and recommendationsfrom the multi point inspection

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum customer service experience
  • 1 year minimum of automotive service experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be reliable
  • High level of detail organization and accuracy
  • Ability to identify learn & work within specific service processes
  • Effective listening & communication skills when speaking with coworkers or guests.
  • Exceptional ability to learn and grow
  • Amazing work ethic
  • Ability to learn from veteran staff
  • Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
  • Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
  • Ability to bend move lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Ability and willingness to work most Saturdays
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
