Serves as point of contact as well as mentor for resolving complicated issues related to vendor management contract management and category management.
Provides day-to-day leadership to team members including proactive guidance troubleshooting support issue escalation and support.
Identify training needs.
Organizes relevant training & refresher sessions for the team.
Ensures training & developmental plan preparation for all the team members.
Supports recruiting staffing training and on boarding processes as appropriate.
Assists with performance management processes (e.g. goal setting performance evaluation etc.).
Completes performance evaluations for assigned staff.
Identifies and mitigates any risks/issues that are foreseen as potential bottlenecks to the process.
