Key Responsibilities: Site Management & Workplace Leadership
Oversee daily operations across the site to ensure projects and activities are delivered on schedule within scope and to high quality standards.
Lead and manage on-site teams ensuring clear communication effective collaboration and adherence to company values.
Implement and maintain robust health and safety standards ensuring full compliance with all legal and company regulations.
Coordinate and supervise contractors suppliers and third-parties fostering productive partnerships and resolving any operational issues efficiently.
Monitor site budgets manage resources and maintain accurate records of site activities.
Continuously assess site processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices for efficiency and safety.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments; act proactively to mitigate hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
Support onboarding training and professional development for site personnel promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Skills Experience & Qualifications for Site Manager Roles
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Project Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a site management operations or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and experience managing compliance onsite.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate teams and build positive working relationships.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
IT literate confident using project management and reporting tools to track progress and resolve issues.
Right to work in the UK.
