Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Performs as an expert in all areas of build and production processes (technical expert). Addresses process issues and identifies opportunities for improvement. May stand in for supervisor when necessary or work on cross-functional teams that require assembler / fabricator assemblies per quality control test equipment in compliance with engineering in depth knowledge and experience to set up calibrate and maintain assembly / fabrication complex issues escalated from less experienced team the development of setups / installations in accordance with directions provided.You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
***MUST be willing to be onsite 5 days a week
