Job Summary
The Senior Office Assistant Service Call Center will provide quality support to the organization and coordination of the processing of work orders and requests for the campus with an emphasis on customer service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Review receive enter approve and route incoming emergency routine maintenance and service requests for campus submitted by telephone on-line or email. Follow-up with contractors regarding daily requests for elevators and extermination and provide feedback to Director or Assistant Director. Assist shops with entering materials labor comments and closing of work orders. Assist with processing accurate billings for weekly and monthly maintenance bi-monthly vehicle fuel usage monthly vehicle maintenance and van rentals. Ability to use dispatch radio equipment. Schedule van rentals. Maintain building roof access log; follow-up with technician to assure roof access is secured; used as a safety measure for technicians. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma with one (1) year of office experience with customer service or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word Excel and Power Point. Experience with TMA Systems (Maintenance Management Software. Experience with UT System specific software (PeopleSoft accounting system).
Work Schedule
Monday Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30pm. Rotating Shifts: Remote 2nd shift 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Every three weeks.
