Job Description
About the Position: Top Sales Performers High Base Salary AND Unlimited Commissions (Cebu) Onsite
Work Environment: Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift: Flexible no fixed schedule

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients build and maintain long-term relationships and provide customized solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets; mentor and support junior sales team members to improve overall team performance
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics analyze insights for continuous improvement and adopt best practices to maximize results
- Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a top sales performer consistently exceeding targets and earning recognitions or awards for outstanding performance
- Strong sales capabilities including relationship management negotiation and deal-closing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
