CNC Turner (Lates)

Salary: 24.50 per hour including 1.33x late shift uplift monthly bonus
Location: Fleet Hampshire
Hours: MonThurs 16:0000:30 Fri 15:0022:30 (39 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

Were looking for a CNC Turner to join a long-established engineering manufacturer in Fleet. This is a permanent late shift role offering stability competitive pay and excellent benefits.

CNC Turner Duties:

• Setting and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components with Fanuc controls

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to tight tolerances

• Performing in-process quality checks to maintain standards

• Working as part of the late shift team to meet production targets

• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

CNC Turner Profile:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner (setting and operating)

• Ability to work to tight tolerances and engineering specifications

• Confident with engineering drawings and measuring equipment

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Comfortable working late shift hours
