This position oversees comprehensive site operations and vendor management for commercial facilities ensuring compliance with all policies procedures and contract scope while maintaining exceptional client relationships and service delivery standards. The role encompasses financial management team leadership vendor coordination across multiple service disciplines and serves as the primary liaison between clients landlords and internal teams while implementing innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
Manage comprehensive site operations ensuring compliance with health safety environmental and risk management policies while coordinating with multiple service teams
Oversee vendor management for janitorial mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and other critical systems within the facility portfolio
Develop and manage client relationships proactively ensuring expected service levels are achieved and key performance indicators are met or exceeded
Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes while managing vendor purchase orders invoices and payment processing
Lead develop and supervise professional teams providing excellent onboarding training and performance management programs
Serve as primary point of contact between landlords facility users and Google Teams for campaign implementations and operational coordination
Support implementation of short and long-term projects while maintaining emergency response plans and coordinating moves events and safety services
5-7 years of comprehensive facility management experience with demonstrated vendor management and client relationship skills
Proven experience in financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control in facility operations
Strong leadership and team management experience with ability to develop and supervise professional teams
Knowledge of health and safety regulations environmental compliance and risk management procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency in facility management systems financial software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management Engineering or related field
Professional facility management certification (FMP CFM or equivalent)
Experience working in corporate technology company environments preferably with Google or similar clients
Knowledge of emergency response planning evacuation procedures and government permit processes
Background in capital project coordination and implementation of facility improvement initiatives
Experience with vendor procurement processes and contract negotiation in facility services
Understanding of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and critical infrastructure management
Familiarity with performance management programs and personal development planning methodologies
