We are looking for a Junior CEO Coordinator to add to our team at Dentsu Americas.
Job description:
SupportsExecutive requestsin the production of documents reportscorrespondenceand presentations
Supports Executive requests by researching and booking travel schedulingmeetingsand creating andsubmittingexpense reports
Work with a team of COE coordinators to develop best practices and collaborate on internal projects
Qualifications:
Havepreviousadministrative experience(1 years)
Have well-developed organizational and time management skills
Be capable of proactively prioritizing responsibilities
Have the ability towork independently with minimal supervision; highly motivated
Have the ability tomulti-task proactively in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Havebasicknowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook ExcelPowerPointand Word
Havebasic knowledge of Concur
Be a team player andparticipateon a virtual admin team
This role is a full time position that will be base in Argentina on a remote model.
