Job Description

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite

Executive Assistant Joint Replacement T&E & Spine

The role will assist the Snr BUD for Joint Replacement T&E and Spine in the day to day running of their office and business focused projects. Provision of executive administrative duties include diary travel and expense management business support and events organization.

Key Responsibilities

Diary Travel & Expense Management:

  • Proactively manage the diary and act as the main point of contact for the Snr BUD for JR T&E and Spine UK for all meeting requests

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for meetings

  • Prepare and submit expense reports

  • Complete relevant admin as necessary

Business support:

  • Provide daily confidential support to the Snr BUDs

  • Process incoming and outgoing communications as requested

  • Maintain and update correspondence reports and sharepoint information including organizational structure presentations databases training records and audits ensuring all confidential information is appropriately stored

  • Prepare high level reports and power point presentations

  • Promote best practice which positively impacts the business

  • Summarise meeting content and related actions as necessary

  • All other duties as assigned

Events organization:

  • Support the organization and delivery of the annual European Sales Meeting collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary

  • Schedule and organize logistics for management team meetings and business reviews

  • Assist in scheduling UK internal meetings and events as necessary

  • Provide thoughtful and creative ideas to enhance the experience of the team in attendance

Education & Experience

  • At least 3 years experience in an Executive Administrative role

  • Degree level qualification preferred

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and all necessary internal systems

  • Comfortable with the use of technology needed to support business (eg zoom teams co-pilot)

Additional Information

  • The best location for the successful candidate to live would be central to the defined region

  • This role will require 30% travel staying away from home to support events

  • This person will be based from home however visits to the UK Head Office in Newbury will be required
