Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients building strong and trusted relationships.
Driving customer satisfaction and retention by understanding business goals and aligning solutions to meet them.
Overseeing onboarding adoption and ongoing success for enterprise-level customers.
Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborating with Product Sales and Technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Monitoring client usage providing insights and ensuring ROI is clearly demonstrated.
Proven experience in a Customer Success / Account Management role ideally in SaaS OTT broadcast or media technology.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A strategic thinker who can balance customer needs with commercial outcomes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced innovative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value.
