About the role:
- Advise on mergers & acquisitions corporate advisory equity capital markets and FIRB.
- Work with high-profile clients across a range of industries including resources infrastructure financial services and technology.
- Gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters often with international counterparties.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team contributing to large-scale deals and running smaller matters with autonomy.
The ideal candidate:
- 24 years PQE in Corporate/M&A ideally from a top or mid-tier firm.
- Strong drafting negotiation and advisory skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Team-oriented adaptable and eager to develop your career in a high-performing environment.
