As we continue to grow we are seeking a Remote Corporate Trainer to design deliver and enhance training programs that align with our organizational values and business objectives.
Position Overview
The Corporate Trainer will play a vital role in developing coordinating and facilitating training initiatives across all levels of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge skills and tools to succeed in their positions while maintaining consistency in company standards and guest service excellence. The trainer will deliver engaging virtual sessions create training materials and assess employee development in collaboration with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires managers and staff across multiple locations.
Deliver training in areas such as customer service compliance leadership development food safety and company culture.
Program Development
Design and update training modules manuals and e-learning resources that reflect DIVIETOs standards and operational goals.
Implement innovative training methodologies to increase employee engagement and retention.
Assessment & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
Recommend improvements to training content format and delivery methods.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with department heads and HR to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
Provide ongoing coaching support and resources for team members and management.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. resident with a valid government-issued ID.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
3 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role (hospitality or restaurant industry experience highly desirable).
Strong knowledge of training methodologies instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent presentation public speaking and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools (Zoom WebEx MS Teams etc.).
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at all levels.
