Job Description

As a Training and Implementation Support Specialist you will be responsible for identifying designing and building curriculum and learning solutions to meet our internal team needs. You will deliver training designed to follow the curriculum. You will design training features being released within Ezyvet and Vello using various technologies and tools. You will develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices in adult learning company products and internal systems.

What can you expect

  • Conduct training needs assessments against current and future trainings to deliver optimal results.
  • Identify design and develop curriculums and learning solutions that meet different learning styles incorporate adult learning theory and have stated measurable objectives.
  • Conduct and deliver technical product and/or soft skill training on-site and via e-learning mobile/tablet and/or other virtual formats.
  • Evaluate participants on set criteria document feedback and share the evaluation with supervisors and participants.
  • Track and analyze success of programs using methods identified in measurement plan. Recommend and implement creative solutions.
  • Conduct training cost assessments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices in adult learning company products and internal systems.
  • Support quality management system/program and other compliance requirements.
  • Lead coach motivate develop and/or directly manage others.
  • Travel 25% required to attend summits and other onsite training events.

What do you need to succeed

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Computer proficiency: advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Knowledge of IDEXX products and services preferred
  • Veterinary clinic experience preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration with customers management and peers.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment and make quality timely decisions.
  • You must be comfortable learning and using technology such as computers tablets and Smartphones.
  • Experience with utilization of authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Camtasia Captivate other); experience with LMS/LCMS authoring technologies
  • Experience with PIMS - EzyVet Vello is a plus!

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Extensive sitting phone and computer use. May be required to lift move and carry up to 50 pounds. Extended hours may be required. Extensive travel may be required including overnight and weekends. Normal office environment.
