Pharmacy Retail Manager south Dublin
Full time permanent retail manager role working 40 hours per week for a pharmacy in Dublin 8

Pharmacy opens Monday to Friday there is no late nights and no weekends required for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacy professional to advance their careerideal for a current manager seeking a fresh challenge or an assistant manager ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of Shop Management: Oversee ordering merchandising stock control and supplier relations
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales achieve targets and identify new business opportunities
Customer Service: Provide expert advice and assistance on OTC products vitaminsand more
Team Leadership:
- Manage staff schedules appraisals and performance issues
- Motivate and lead a team to deliver excellent service and productivity
- Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Identify training needs and support team development
Operational Efficiency: Support the daily running of the pharmacy and manage ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Irish retail pharmacy
Strong knowledge of pharmacy products and front-of-shop operations
Proven team management experience in a retail environment
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to influence lead and mentor a team effectively
Problem-solving time management and communication abilities
