What to expect in the job
- A clear understanding of picking orders and the order process is required.
- Printing orders and stock sheets.
- Stock rotation for picking orders.
- Stock control.
- Liaising with internal customers.
- Ensure H&S standards are always carried out.
- Preparation for visits and audits.
- Always ensure controlling movement of tray and pallets.
- Ensure picking to customer specification.
- General warehouse duties.
This is primarily an evening shift with a day shift once every 4 to 6 weeks.
Shift Pattern Overview
- Primary Shift: Evening shift
- Day Shift: Once every 46 weeks
Hours:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM midnight (approx.)
- Sunday Evening: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
Work Schedule:
5 working days per week over 6 days
2 days off
Working week runs Saturday to Thursday
RequirementsWhat we need from you
- Basic computer skills are advantageous.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Forklift experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Power Pallet experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
