What Youll Be Up To
In this role youll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our customers acting as a vital link between them and our warehouse operations. Heres a peek at what your typical day might look like:
- Providing excellent customer service through email online chats and phone calls
- Performing data entry tasks including order keying adjustments and transfers
- Supporting our amazing Sales and Accounts Receivable teams
- Keeping our despatch records organised and up to date
- Helping out with basic administration tasks like filing
- Jumping in to support the warehouse during busy times with picking and packing orders
Who You Are

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

- Follows processes while suggesting improvements
