The Role:
As an Exterior Superintendent youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for overseeing field operations on commercial job sites ensuring that projects are completed safely on time and to our high standards. Youll coordinate crews manage subcontractors and serve as the critical link between project managers field teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily exterior construction activities including waterproofing masonry and other related trades
Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
Coordinate labor materials and equipment to meet schedules and budgets
Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders on progress and issues
Perform quality control and inspections throughout all phases of construction
Resolve field issues efficiently to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an exterior commercial construction trade (masonry waterproofing or similar)
Proven track record as a foreman lead or superintendent on commercial jobs
Strong understanding of exterior construction methods materials and safety regulations
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints specs and construction documents
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
