- Assists the Project Management team with management administration construction project following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
- Receive moderate to limited supervision working from objectives set by supervisor.
- Employee organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices instructions or previous training.
- Employee handles some unusual situations independently.
- Works closely with Digital Technology team and may use modelling software.
- Interacts with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
- Assists with and monitors change orders.
- May assist with regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
- Reviews project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
- Works with document control systems project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attends meetings and reports on project tasks as needed.
- May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies.

- Prior experience in commercial construction from a large general contractor.
- Experience in planning coordinating and overseeing phases of the construction project from inception to closeout.
- Experience with project documentation including RFI submittals change orders and contracts.
- Experience with project expenditures cost forecasting and reporting subcontractor invoicing and budget variances to ensure cost control.
- Materials coordination and procurement.
- Site safety inspection experience.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore Primavera P6 MS Project) and MS Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to read interpret and understand construction plans blueprints and specifications.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with:
- MEP/FP systems
- Low voltage systems
