- Provide advanced administrative support to multiple Senior Directors with overall team support- Calendar management organizing meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually- Book and maintain complex travel schedules domestic and international and process expense reports as needed- Support day-to-day needs including escorting people in and out of secured areas for meetings providing lunches printing documents and other tasks to make the day run smoothly- Partner with hiring managers on new hire setup including ordering equipment and securing workspace- Serve as an IT contact for the team tech savviness is a big plus to support the overall team with ad hoc and daily requests- Support Facilities needs for the team including conference room management badge access printer maintenance office supplies ordering etc.- Partner with team Admins to support product launches and other Company events- Maintain team subscriptions Chorus pages and product inventory- Provide catering support
