Property and Development NSW manages and delivers large-scale or complex real estate projects transactions workplace strategy and design and delivery. This includes managing the NSW Governments significant property portfolio. We deliver sustainable and productive outcomes for metropolitan and regional industries and communities.
Strategic Advisory Services within Property and Development NSW delivers expert strategic property advisory services to ensure that government-owned property and government-led development are advanced in support of whole-of-government strategic priorities to maximise community benefit.
Our Project Officer Advisory and Transactions supports the effective management of advisory development and transaction projects for government property assets or portfolios. The role works closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a combination of administration reporting and project management with a focus on transactions and divestments budgeting financials and procurement activities so you will be confident in reviewing financial data and have some experience using outputs of geospatial tools in a land and property context. This role involves stakeholder management including government agencies and external consultants and requires effective communication skills and experience.
You will ideally have tertiary property qualifications and/or related experience.
