Job Description

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mechanical Foreman to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise engineering teams with strong planning organizing and control skills.
  • Apply solid mechanical knowledge to support operational efficiency and equipment performance.
  • Coordinate work priorities with operations and oversee staff to meet production targets.
  • Enforce safety regulations compliance standards and support HR/IR matters as needed.
  • Manage budgets resources and reporting while participating in standby and overtime duties.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • A Valid Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Engineering Foreman Certificate
  • 5 years experience in an underground mining environment
  • Valid Drivers License
