Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mechanical Foreman to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise engineering teams with strong planning organizing and control skills.
- Apply solid mechanical knowledge to support operational efficiency and equipment performance.
- Coordinate work priorities with operations and oversee staff to meet production targets.
- Enforce safety regulations compliance standards and support HR/IR matters as needed.
- Manage budgets resources and reporting while participating in standby and overtime duties.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A Valid Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Engineering Foreman Certificate
- 5 years experience in an underground mining environment
- Valid Drivers License
