Job Summary
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman in residential/construction developments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods building regulations and site management.
Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with contractors and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
Relevant trade certificate or construction-related qualification advantageous.
