Business is booming and we are looking to add to our team! Are you passionate about customer service and technology We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional vehicle delivery experiences.
Romeo Auto Group was founded in South Glens Falls in 1982 and opened its first location in Kingston in 1999. For over 40 years weve been exceeding customers expectations and have many long-time employees who have had successful careers with our company.
What youll do:
- Guide customers through the features and operations of their new vehicle
- Provide hands-on support with technology setup including phone pairing and infotainment systems
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clear understanding of their vehicles capabilities and functions
- Deliver a personalized informative and engaging experience that builds trust and satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms
- A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in automotive retail or customer service a plus
- A valid driver license with a clean driving history
