Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery to join our dedicated team in Houston TX. This is a full-time night shift position within our acute care setting where youll provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality evidence-based nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being administer medications and assist with deliveries.
- Collaborate with physicians midwives and the healthcare team to ensure safe compassionate care.
- Educate patients and families about labor delivery and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold hospital safety standards.
Qualifications Required
- Active RN license in Texas or an active multi-state compact RN license (clear of stipulations/disciplinary actions).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. (ADN and new graduates will not be considered.)
- 3-5 years of acute care Labor & Delivery experience required.
- Full-time night shift availability required; no day shift part-time transfer or promotional opportunities available.
- Updated and accurate resume with job history and unit experience required for consideration.
Qualifications Preferred
- Prior Womens Services RN experience beyond Labor & Delivery.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates who are transparent about their unit shift and location preferences will be prioritized to ensure long-term success in the role.
