About the Role: Support Worker (Female Only)

Our service offers short breaks in purpose-built fully equipped accommodationavailable 24 hours a day 7 days a weekfor people with a wide range of disabilities. As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy meaningful experiences and maintain their independence.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll provide holistic person-centred support that includes:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Supporting individuals to access community activities and social opportunities
- Helping manage finances and administer medication
- Promoting health wellbeing and positive outcomes in line with care plans and risk assessments

This position is part time please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent the salary received will be paid on a prorata basis.
