Were searching for a dedicated Medication Lead to join our specialist care team at PA Services for You. This isnt just a desk job its a chance to combine your professional skill with real hands-on impact.
This role is a split of office time external spot checking and support work so were looking for someone confident in medication management and training as well as happy to work at support worker level.
In this role you will:
- Lead with confidence through training and guidance
- Carry out spot checks to ensure the highest standards of care
- Work directly with our incredible clients supporting them in meaningful ways
Some Basics:
- Pay starts at 14.45 per hour
- Office is based in Crawley West Sussex
- Community visits are normally within a 30 minute radius of Crawley and visits are 3 hours
If you bring senior-level experience in medication management a passion for quality care have the flexibility to balance leadership with frontline support and have a car to use for work purposes wed love to welcome you into our team.
